Nayax China is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to accelerate growth and drive customer retention by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions. This role focuses on driving sales in the OEM segment, developing strong relationships with customers and prospects, and championing customer success. The ideal candidate should have deep experience in B2B solution selling with experience in the payments or IoT sectors. He or she is familiar with the global corporate environment and has a passion for driving sales results and customer success. He or she is capable of problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional global environment.

This role will report directly to the General Manager of Nayax China.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to promote Nayax products and grow revenue from Chinese OEM customers.
  • Explore sales targets in different industry verticals, stay updated on industry trends and provide market feedback to the company.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain a strong prospect list and develop close relationships with key customers.
  • Support the organization and execution of events and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, technical support, customer success, and sales operations, and coordinate with global teams for joint initiatives and partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or Information Technology Management is required; MBA is a plus.
  • 7–10 years of relevant experience; background in the payment industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Technically adept with the ability to assist customers through complex technical processes.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player.
  • Native Chinese speaker with fluent English proficiency (both written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
